Note dated 4 Aug 1842 from T. H. Alexander & Jos. Alexander promising to pay $114.54 to Absolom Davenport for value received.

Note dated 22 Jan 1844 from D. S. Godfrey, C. L. Walker & Daniel Weatherly promising to pay $118.37 to Franklin Snell, administrator of Absolom Davenport deceased, for value received.

Bond dated 24 Apr 1844 in the amount of $290 by Thos. H. Alexander & Jos. Alexander, defendants, who lost a case to the plaintiff, Franklin Snell administrator of Absolom Davenport on the 4th Monday of April 1844 and are appealing to the Superion court. Bond guarantees prosecution of the appeal. Chas. McClees & Jesse Sikes are securities.

Note dated 25 Dec 1846 from S. S. Simmons & Richard Davenport promising to pay $250 to Franklin Snell, administrator of Absolom Davenport deceased, for value received.

Warrant dated the 4th Monday in April 1847 and issued 25 Apr 1847 for S. S. Simmons & Richard Davenport to appear in court on the 4th Monday in July next to answer unto Franklin Snell administrator of A. Davenport to the use of John Cahoon in a plea of debt in the amount of $250 which they withhold to his damage $100.

Warrant dated the 4th Monday in July 1848 and issued 25 Jul 1848 for D. S. Godfrey, C. L. Walker & Daniel Woodley to appear in court on the 4th Monday in October next to answer unto Franklin Snell administrator of Absolom Davenport in a plea of debt in the amount of $118.37 which they withhold to his damage $50.
