In the name of God amen: After humble recommending my sould to Allmighty
God in hope of a safe and sure resurrection to life Eternal I dispose of my worly
goods: I do make ordaine & constitute this my last Will and Testament revoaking
all former wills.
Item - I give and bequeath to son William Davis on hundred and fifty acres of
land.
Item - I give fifty acres of land to my son Jonathan Davis his heirs & assigns
which fifty acres is to be at Triespoint reserving the use of the sd. two hundred
acres togeather with the mannerplantation to my loving wife Ann Davis during her
natural life.
Item - I give to my loving daughter Elenor Adams all the remander of my Estate
except one cow and calf to my grand daughter Elizabeth Davis reserving the use of
the whole to my loving wife Ann Davis during her natural life and I do hereby
nomerate and appoint my wife Ann Davis Mathias Adams and Francis Ward to be
Executors of this my last Will and Testament in witness hereof I have hereunto
set my hand and seal this eight day day of December 1750.

This within Will was proved in open court by the oath of Francis Ward in
due form of law and at the same time Ann Davis and Mathias Adams were qualified
Executor and Executrix by taking the oath by law appointed to be taken by Exors.
ordered that the secretary or his deputy of the said Province have notice thereof
that Letters Testamentary issue thereon as the law directs.
