David Aires appeared in open court and administers on the estate of Wm. Davis deceased and gives in seurity John Garrett and John Snell in a bond of 2,000 pounds.

Ordered that Elizabeth Adams be cited to next court to make known to the court who she shall appoint to divide the estate of Wm. Davis deceased.
