Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions

Ordered that Charles Spruill Joseph Phelps & Henry Norman Esquires be appointed auditors to audite and settle the accounts of Thomas Trotter administrator of John Davis deceased and the heirs of said deceased and make returns to next court.
October Session 1799
The account of Thomas Trotter as administrator to the estate of John Davis deceased was returned in open court audited and settled and a ballance found in favour of the administrator of 2 pounds, 2 shillings & 2 pence as per returns filed.

23 Oct 1797 against Joshua Phelps & James Ambrous for 42 pounds, 10 shillings & 5 pence
23 Oct 1797 against Nehemiah Spruill, King Spruill & Miles Spruill for 115 pounds, 8 shillings & 9 pence
22 Oct 1798 against Thomas Hill & Andrew Oliver for 58 pounds, 15 shillings & 12 pence
