In the name of God Amen

I Thomas Eastwood of Tyrrell County being of parfact mind and memori blesed by God for it I thought fit to make this my last will and testament in maner and form as followeth Im Primis I give and bequeath my soule to God my maker and to his only sun Jesus Christ my redemor hoping through the merits of his parson to every eterneal life when he shall see fit to teach me to is macy wheair I hope to be recevid among the happy company of the sants and angels and their to remain in unity peace and friendship for evir and my body to be buried in a Christian and desant manar according to descrition and order of my executors heir after named

Item I give to my loving wife all my movable estate within and without during her wedood or till her death - -

Item I give to my son John Eastwood my plantation & all the land belonging to it to him and his heirs for ever - -

Item I give to my sun John Eastwood one bed at his mothers death or marrige - -

Item I give to my daughter Vile Eastwood one meair and bed at her mothers death or marrige my disiar is that what there is of my estate at her death or marrige shall be equally divided between all my children named Margrit Biggs & Mary Warrin and Elisabeth Ferrell & Vile Eastwood and John Eastwood devide by two men and I make constid and appint my loving wife to my exector to be my hole and sole of this my last will and testament to order according to my desier to be fulfilled in evary requst as I have bequith in witness where of I have hear unto set my hand and seal this 24th day of January 1767
