Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
October Session 1832
Ordered that Ephraim Mann have adminiostration on the estate of Saml. Etheridge deceased that he enter into bond in the sum of one thousand dollars with Jos. Alexander & Elsberry Brickhouse securities.
Ordered that Jos. McCleese, Abram Pledger & Jno. Midyett lay off to Nancy Etheridge her years allowance agreeable to law.
Ordered that Ephraim Mann administrator on the estate of Saml. Etheridge deceased sell the personal estate of said deceased at 6 months credit.
January Session 1833
Ephm. Mann administrator of Saml. Ethridge returned an account of sales of said estate.
Also the years allowance of the widow of S. Ethridge & filed.
