Ordered that administration on the estate of Jos. Evans be granted to Isaac Meekins with Enoch Hassell & Morris Westkot securities.
Ordered that Enoch Hassell, Richd. Howett & Uriah Spruill lay off to Zilpha Evans widow of Jos, Evans her years allowance out of the estate of her deceased husband.

Bond dated 28 Apr 1834 in the amount of two hundred dollars appointing Isaac Meekins administrator of the estate of Joseph Evans deceased, Enoch Hassell & Morris Weskett securities.
Year's allowance of Zilpha Evans, widow of Joseph Evans, deceased, by Enoch Hassell & Uri Spruill on 17 May 1834 in accordance with a court order issued during April Term 1834.
