In the name of God Amen this sixteenth day of March Seventeen Hundred Fiftey & four I John Everett, of Terrill County & province aforesd being in a sick & weak condition, but of perfect mind & memory, thanks be given to God, therefore calling to mind ye mortallity of my body & knowing itt is appointed for all men once to die do make & ordain this my Last will & Testament (that is to say) and as touching such worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me with in this Live, I give demise & despose of ye manner & form following.

Imprimis - I give will & bequeath unto my loving brother Joshua Everett his heir, assigns forever--one mesuage or parcel of land containing two hundred forty & five acres being known by ye name of ye Stamping place.

Item - I give will & bequeath unto ye said Joshua Everett one young mare & her increase to him his heirs & assigns forever.

Item - I give & bequeath unto my loving Father Nathaniel Everett one dozen of puter plates three basons & two dishes.

Item - I give will & bequeath unto my loving brother Thomas Everett, one pair of Mill stones, two axes & two hoes.

Item - I give will & bequeath unto my loving cousons John & Elizabeth Everett & Sarah, one cow & calf & one two year old Heiffer & their increase.

Item - I give & bequeath unto my loving brother Joshua Everett all my wareing apparrell.

Item - I give will & bequeath to my loving brother Thomas Everet one gunn & one months work being due from Armit Hollis.

Item - I give & bequeath unto my loving Father Nathaniel Everett one pound two shilling & six pence cash being due from ye said Armit Hollis.

Item - I give & bequeath to loving brother Joshua Everett one iron pott & one kettle & my corn & ye one third part of two saws.

Item - My will & desire is that my loving Father Nathaniel Everett & my brother Thomas Everett be my Executors of this my Last will & Testament, revoking & disannulling all & every former wills & Legacies in any ways by me before named. Rattifying & Confirming this & no other to be my Last Will & Testament in wittness whereof I have hereunto set or put my hand & seal the day & date above written.

Present his Majestys Justices

Personally appeared Samual Durrance and Thomas Everet two of the subscribing evodences to the within Will and made oath on the Holy Evangelist of almighty God that they were present and saw John Everet sign seal publish and declare the within to be and contain his last Will and Testament and that he was then and at that time of sound and disposing memory. Then also appeared Nathaniel Everet and Thomas Everet Executors named in said will and was duly qualified by taking the oaths by law appointed ordered that the Secretary of this province have Notice thereof that Letters Testamentary issue thereon as the Law Directs.
