I Lemuel Everton being of sound and disposing mind and memory, but considering the uncertainty of my earthly existence, and remembering thatit is ordained of all men once to die, do make and declare this my last will and testament.
Item - My executor hereinafter named shall give my body a decent burial beside my deceased wife. He shall have the momument that I had erected to her engraved with my name, birth and death dates and have my grave bricked and cemented in. He shall pay my burial expenses and all my just debts, which I may die owing, out of the first monies coming into his hands belonging to my estate.
Item - I give, devise, and bequeath unto my beloved grandson, Forest Liverman, all of my property of every kind and discription, which I may die seized and possessed of, whether real, personal or mixed. Including any monies and closures in actions, meaning everything, which is included in the word property.
Lastly - I hereby constitute and appoint said Forest Liverman my lawful executor to all interests and purposes of this my last Will and Testament revoking all others heretofore made by me. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this the 13th day of May 1913.

A paper-writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Lemuel Everton, deceased, is exhibited before me by Forest Liverman the executor therein mentioned and thereupon proven by the oath of and examination of S. J. Holloway and Mark Majette the subscribing witnessess thereto: who being duly sworn, doth depose and say, that each for himself, that the said Lemuel Everton signed said paper-writing in the presence of each and declared the same to be his last Will and Testament. The deponants futher said that at the time the said Lemuel Everton subscribed his name he was of sound mind and memory and of full age to execute a will
