Fagan, Thomas, 1783

Valuation on 4 Jul 1783 of the moveable estate of Thomas Fagans deceased by Thomas Stubbs, John Stubbs & Friley Jones. Rear of sheet identifies it as "division or valuation."

Transcriber's Notes:

The will of William Rhodes written in 1765 cites Thomas Fagan as his son in law and Arthur and Judith Rhodes as his children. Tyrrell County marriage bonds show the marriage of Judath Rhoads to Edmund Blount on 30 Dec 1777, Joseph Whedbee security. The name of Thomas Fagan's wife is unknown and, based on the fact she is not mentioned in his will, may have died prior to his death, or perhaps he had never married since he apparently had no children.

See the estate file on William Fagan in 1758.
