Ordered that Cleophas Wiley have leave of administration on the estate of Jeremiah Frazier & has given bond in the sum of one thousand dollars Danl. Bateman & Michael Walker securities.
Ordered that Theophus Wiley administrator of Jeremiah Frazier deceased have leave to sell the perishable estate of said deceased agreeable to law & make return to next term.
