Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
July Session 1779
John Hooker appeared in open court and prayed the guardainship of James Fisher the orphans of John Fisher deceased granted and gave in security Nehemh. Norman & Mathew D. Grieves Esqr. in a bond of 400 pounds.
Ordered that John Hooker guardian to the orphans of John Fisher and that the sd. guardain take into his possession the estate of said orphans.
