April Session 1812
Ordered Isaac Owens have leave of administration on the estate of William Foster and has given bond in the sum of one hundred pounds Lemuel Basnight security & Richard Davis Esqr.
Ordered that Isaac Owens have leave to sell the chattel property of William Foster deceased and make return next court.
October Session 1812
Isaac Owens returned in court on oath the inventory and account of sales of William Foster deceased ordered filed.
April Session 1814
Ordered that Wm. Owens Esqr. John Alexander & Wm. Alexander be appointed to audite & settle the accounts of the administrator of the estate of Wm. Foster deceased & make return to next court.
July Session 1814
Audited account of William Foster deceased was returned to court ordered filed.
