In the name of God Amen. I Mathias Giles being weak & sick of Body but of perfect memory thanks be to God, do make & ordain This my Last will & Testament, make null & void all other wills & Testaments By me hereto fore made Viz: First I Give my Soul into ye hands of Almighty God that Gave it me Trusting in ye merits of Jesus Christ my Saviour & My Body To be Christianly buried att ye discretion of my Executors hereafter mentioned. I Give & bequeith all my plantation & land I now live on unto Rich.Davenport Senr. During his naturall Life & after his Decd unto his Grand Son Richard Davonport ye Son of John Davenport & To his heirs forever. I Give and bequeith To Thomas Galer his debts he owes me it being ___ Barrels of p_____ which I have his Bill for: I Give John Long all debts he owes me. I Give Thomas Stacey all debts he owes me. I Give & bequeath unto Robert Harmon Junr. one Copper Kittle & one Long Gun, I Give also half ye hogs I have run in that Neck where he lives for ye catching & dressing of other half. I Give & bequeath To Edward Bonwick, one Silver helt Rapier & one small Gun. I Give & bequeath unto Mary Davenport two children Six head of Cattle I have over at Scopernon to be equally divided between them. I Give & bequeath unto Elizabeth Phelps five hundred pound of pork after all my lawfull debts being paid I Give & bequeath unto James Minge & Richard Davonport all & Singular ye rest of my Estate both real & personal & also constitute & appoint ye above ye above sd James Minge & Richard Davonport my whole & Sole Executors of this my Last Will & Testament. wittness my hand & Seal this 28th of October 1713.
