Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
June Session 1754
Edward Holt is appointed guardian of Jabiz Gennet orphan of Jabiz Gennet deceased and the said Edward Holt enters Joseph Spruell and William Hassell securitys in the sum of one hundred pounds Proclamation money and that the said Edward Holt take the estate of this orphan out of the hands of William Gennet or elcewhere to be found in this county.
