In the name of God Amen I William Handcock of the stait of North Carlinah Tyrel county being in my propper sencies and of perfect mind and memory thanks be to God for the same knowing it is appinted for all once to die do ordain this my last will and testament Do disanul and revoke all former will gifts in tails remembrance whatsoever from the just eights or claimes of any parson or parsons whatsover first I comend my soul to God that giveth my body to be to the ? of my executors heairafter mencined as to my worley goods I give as followeth First I give my loving son Isaiah Handcock fifty acres of land being on the sound whar the plantation is straight acroas from John Allexandrs line to the great swamp and the remainder to be soald to pay the debts and the remainder of the money that are left I give to my loving wife Mary Handcock and I also give my son Isaiah Handcock one bed and furniture one hand mill one gun one ? and twelve bottles Seconley I give my son William Handcock one iron pot and pot hooks Thirdley I give my loving daughtour Ede Handcock one bed and furniture and box iron Forthley I give my daughtour Mary Davis one chest one ewe and lamb one smaul pot and pot tramel Fifthley I give my daughtour Hannah Stalman one shilling sterling Sixthley I give my daughtour Elezebeth Handcock one bed and furniture Seventhly I give my son James Handcock one iron detch oven and one pottramel and my will and desire is that my wife Mary Handcock to have all the rasudue of my estait during her life time and I do hearby disanull all other will gifts and dowries ? and ? whatsover and I do constitute and ordain this my last will and testament and I do numinate & a point apoint my loving wife Mary Handcock executors and my son Isaiah Handcock boath executors to this my last will and testament
In witensing whereof we have heair unto set my hand and fixt my seal this thirtieth day of August 1794
