In the name of God Amen I Joseph Husuh being in parfete mind and call to mind that is apinted for man once to die. I have ordes that my body may be denected boured and after my bourell my Estate to be destribete to my ares as followes.

I give and bequeath to my well be loved wife one fether bed and ye maner plantation duren hur wedhud and after changen my name I leve ye above plantation to my son Joseph.

To my son Leves (?) I give ten pound provence bille er ye aulley (?).

To my dafter Sarah Nicelles I give one Cowe and Calfe to be delivered in ye springe.

To my dafter Sarah I give one year ould hefer.

To my dafter Elizabeth I give one year ould hefer.

The remand parte of my estate I desire thate etc may be equely devided Exception one hough I leve to my wife

I leve my wife Mary and my son Joseph my Executar To my estate to be des__bete ais above menctonde and this I knolege to be my Last will and tesmente.
