Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
June Session 1766
On motion of John Johnston atty. in behalf of Joseph Hassell for administration on the estate of Joseph Hasard deceased he giving security in the sum of one hundred pound proclamation money disallowed.
On motion of Mr. Jasper Charlton in behalf of John Warrenton for administration on the estate of Joseph Hasard deceased granted he giving security & enters Peter Wynne & Joseph Alexander in the sum of one hundred pounds procl. money.
On motion of John Warington for lieve to sell the perishable estate of Joseph Hasard ordered that he sell the perishable part of the perishable estate of the sd. Joseph Hasard deceased and to make returns to our next court.
June Session 1767
John Warrington adr. of Jos. Haggard deceased returned into court an inventory of said estate on oath ordered to be recorded.
John Warrington returned his acct. of admn. on the estate of Jos. Haggard on oath which sd. acct. is examined by the court & allowed & ordered to be recorded.
Granted an order of court to said John Warrington to sell the estate of said Jos. Haggard deceased.
December Session 1767
William Heming exhibited an inventory of the estate of Jos. Haggard and proved the same on his oath ordered filed & recorded sales amount 8 shillings & 2 pence.
