Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
April Session 1816
Ordered that Col. Danl. Sawyer Saml. Spruill and William Combs be appointed to settle the accounts of Robert Holmes with the administratrix of Thomas Hunnings deceased guardian to said heirs of Robert Holmes deceased.
October Session 1816
Ordered that Col. Danl. Sawyer Samuel Spruill & William Combs be appointed to settle the account of Robert Holmes with the administratrix of Thomas Hunnings deceased guardian of said heirs of Robert Holmes deceased & make return to next court.
January Session 1817
Ordered that Danl. Sawyer Samuel Spruill and William Combs be appointed to settle the accounts of Robert Holmes with the administrator of Thomas Hunnings deceased guardian to the heirs of said Holmes & make return to next term.
Ordered that Robert Holmes be appointed guardian to Henry & Nancy Holmes and has entered into bond in the sum of two thousand dollars Lemuel Basnight & Frederick Davenport securitys.
