Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
December Session 1766
On motion of Wyriatt Ormand atty. in behalf of James Fenney for administration of Edward Holt deceased; ordered granted & enters Roger Snell & Joshua Swain securities in the sum of 200 pounds procl. money.
On motion of Mr. Wyeriott Ormand in behalf of James Feney for sales of the perishable estate of Edward Holt deceased granted & that return be made to our next court.
James Fenney exhibited an inventory of all and singular the goods & chattels &c of Edward Holt deceased and proved the same on his oath ordered filed.
March Session 1767
John Learey exhibited an account of sales of the estate of Edward Holt deceased and on motion it was ordred to be filed.
James Finney exhibited an additional inventory of the estate of Edward Holt deeased & proved the same on his corporal oath ordered filed.
