Minutes
Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions

July Session 1804

The last will and testament of Mary Hayman was proved by the oath of George Wynne in open court and filed.

Transcriber's Notes:
Tyrrell County marriage bonds show the marriage of James Hamon to Mary Long on 1 Dec 1778, Hezekiah Spruill security (agreement signed by bride and groom); also the marriage of Laben Haman to Charrity Cohoon on 28 Jul 1795, Gideon Cohoon security. Mary apparently had a first marriage to a Sikes and, if the above marriage bond is her, a second marriage to a Long before her marriage to James Hamon.
