October Session 1807

Ordered that Benjamin Spruill Senr. have leave of administration on the estate of Philip Hunnings and hath given bond in the sum of five hundred pounds Hezekiah Spruill and Joseph Bateman his securities.

January Session 1808

Benjamin Spruill Senr. Esqr. returned in court on oath the inventory of the estate of Philip Hunnings deceased also the account of sales of the said estate to amount of {blank}.

Ordered that Collo. Charles Spruill be appointed to audite & settle the estate of Philip Hunnings with Benjamin Spruill administrator of said deceased.

Ordered that Nancy Hunnings orphan of Philip Hunnings deceased by choice of consent be bound unto Henry Gibson agreeable to act of assembly.

May Session 1808

Ordered that Benjamin Spruill administrator of Philip Hunnings deceased have leave to sell a juniper swamp the property of the said Philip Hunnings to satisfy the debts of said deceased.

Charles Spruill one of the auditors of the accounts between Benjamin Spruill Senr. administrator of Philip Hunnings deceased and said estate filed.
