On motion of John Pearson atty. in behalf of John Butler, John Hill and Sarah Hunter exrs. of Henry Hunter against John Hardison Esqr. to show cause why judgement shall not go against him according to the several judgenents obtained against Francis Kennedy at the suit of the aforesd. John Butler, John Hill & Sarah Hunter & the exrs. of Henry Hunter desd. the said John Hardison having taken no bail ordered by the court that the sd. John appear and shew cause at our next court.
