June Session 1737
On motion of Ann Phelps praying orders for administration on the estate of Saml. Hopkins deceased as greatest creditor granted entering into security in the sum of one hundred pound. Bond returned to ye Secretarys office.
September Session 1737
On motion made to this court by Ann Phelps, admr. of all & singular goods vca. of Samuel Hopkins deceased praying an order to expose to sale such part of the said estate as will pay off his debts. Granted, she makin a return of ye accts. of such sales to next court upon oath.
