In the name of God amen: I Simeon Harris of the State and County afd. Being in a low state of health, but of sound memory recollecting on the certainty of death, the uncertainty of life have made and ordained this to be my last will and testament in manner following Viz:
First - I recommend my soul to the hands of a just God that gave it me and my body to the ground to be buried at the discretion of my executors. My will and desire is that all my just debts should be paid and all the rest of my estate that it hath been pleased God to bless me with I give and bequeath as follows.
Item - I give and bequeath unto my beloved brotherinlaw Joseph Bateman one stock of bees to him and his heirs forever.
Item - I give and bequeath to my brother Joseph Harris one stock of bees to him and his heirs forever.
Item - I give and bequeath to my brother Hezekiah Harris all the rest of estate to him and his heirs forever. I do hereby nominate and appoint my brother Hezd. Harris executor to this my last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 27th day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & eleven.

Hezekiah Harris qualified executor to the last will and testament of his brother Simeon Harris.
