Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
December Session 1763
Read the petition of Joseph Hassell praying the administration on the estate of Elizabeth Hassell widow deceased ordered granted he giving good security in the sum of fifty pounds proclamation money & enter Joseph Alexander & Isaac Hassell and on motion at the same time it is ordered that he sell the perishable estate of the sd. Elizabeth Hassell & make due return thereof.

The accounts of Joseph Hassell against the estate of Elizabeth Hassell deceased was by this worshipfull court allowed amounting to the sum of 6 pounds, 5 shillings & ordered filed.
Joseph Hassell exhibited & on his oath proved the inventory of the estate of Elizabeth Hassell.
Joseph Hassell exhibited an inventory of the estate of Elizabeth Hassell & on motion ordered registered & filed.
