October Session 1798

Ordered that Moses Holaway be allowed twelve pounds for the support & maintenance of Peggy Heath orphan of Jacobus Heath for twelve months last past.

April Session 1799

The settlement of the estate of Jacobus Heath with the administrator was returned in open court and find a balance due the estate of sixteen shillings & 10 pence as per returns filed.

Execution dated 28 Nov 1797 against the goods and chattels of James Sawyer and Thomas Worrinton administrator of Jacobus Heath sufficient to satisfy a judgement against them obtained by Joseph Pledger for four pounds, fourteen shillings & one pence debt and 8 shillings cost plus fees. Rear says no goods or chattels found on the land where Jacobus Heath lived signed by Isaac Patrick.

Summons dated 1 Oct 1798 for Moses Halloway and Thomas Warrington administrator to the estate of Jacobus Heath to appear before a Justice of the Peace within 30 days to answer the complaint of of fourteen pounds, three shillings & eight pence due by note. Judgement was obtained on 2 Oct 1798 and execution issued on 3 Oct 1798. Isaac Patrick returned no goods or chattels found.

Execution dated 30 Apr 1800 and issued 2 Jun 1800 against the goods & chattels, lands & tenements of Jacobus Heath deceased for 4 pounds & 8 shillings which was recovered by Amos Click for debt, damage, costs and charges.

Execution dated 30 Apr 1800 and issued 2 Jun 1800 against the goods & chattels, lands & tenements of Jacobus Heath in the hands of his administrator, Moses Holoway & James Sawyer for 12 pounds, 19 shillings & 6 pence which was recovered by Jesse Perry for debt, damage, costs and charges.
