Ordered that Enoch Leary be appointed guardian to Elizabeth Hawkins widow of Thomas Hawkins deceased and give bond and security in 200 pounds John Leary Esquire and James Long Junr. securities.
Ordered that Enoch Leary guardian to Mrs. Elizbeth Hawkins have leave to sell so much of the estate as will be suficent to maintain said Elizabeth Hawkins and make returns to next court.
