Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
August Session 1774
Ordered that administration be granted to Joseph Wyatt on the estate of Ann Howett he giving security Jeremiah Frazer & Joseph Whedbe Esqr. in the sum of two hundred pounds & the said Joseph Wyatt took the oath appointed for his qualification.
Joseph Wyatt returned into court an inventory of the estate of Ann Howett on oath ordered to be registered.
November Session 1774
Account of sales of the estate of Ann Howet was returne into court by Hezekiah Spruill Esqr.
An account of the estate of Ann Howet deceased was delivered into court & proved by the oath of Joseph Wyatt the balance due the estate 33 pounds, 10 shilings & 5 pence.
