Ordered that William Howett be appointed guardain of the estate of Ann Howett deceased and entered into bond with Joseph Phelps and John Snell security in the sum of three hundred pounds procl. money for the due administration of justice to the said estate.
William Howett exhibited the account of sales of the estate of Ann Howett deceased ordered to be entered sold at publick vandue to the amount of 131 pounds, 9 shillings & 10 pence.
July Session 1779
Ordered that the successors of Ann Howett deceased settle the guardain accts. of the estate of Wm. Howett deceased and make return to next court.
