April Session 1800
Ordered that administration on the estate of Henry Hayman be granted to Laben Hayman on giving bond in the some of five hundred pounds with Samuel Jackson and Jonathan Sawyer securities.
Ordered that Layben Hayman administrator of the estate of Henry Hayman deceased have leave to sell the perishable part of said deceaseds estate and make returns to next court.
July Session 1800
Mr. Laben Hayman returned in open court the account of sales of Henry Hayman deceased ordere filed.
July Session 1801
Ordered that John Clayton Esquire John A. Patrick and David Cooper be appointed to audite and settle the estate of Henry Hayman deceased and make returns to next court.
October Session 1801
Ordered that Jno. Clayton Esqr. Jno. A. Patrick & David Cooper be appointed to audite and settle the estate of Henry Hayman deceased and make returns to next court.
