Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
August Session 1808
Ordered that Charity Hayman have leave of administration on the estate of Laben Hayman deceased and has given bond in the sum of five hundred pounds John Sikes and James Dillon securities.
Ordered that Thomas Garrett & James Dilling be appointed to lay of her years allowance in the estate of Laben Haman deceased & make returns next court.
November Session 1808
Charity Hayman returned in court on oath the account of sales of the estate of Laben Hayman filed she also returned her years allowance made under an order of the court to amount of $71.50.
December Session 1809
Ordered that Charity Hayman be allowed out of the estate of Laben Hayman 24 pounds for keeping four of his orphans to wit Polly Frederick Cathrine Hayman & {blank} Hayman.
