February Session 1809
Ordered that America Simmons have leave of administration on the estate of Joseph Jennett and hath given bond in the sum of one hundred pounds Ava Smith and Joseph Spence his securities.
Ordered that America Simmons have leave to sell the chattel property of Joseph Jennett deceased and make return to next court.
Ordered that John A. Melson Thomas Leigh Esqr. and Mr. Thomas Garret and John Alexander be appointed to lay off to the widdow of Joseph Jennett deceased her years allowance out of said estate and make return to next court.
June Session 1809
America Simmons returned on oath the account of sales of the estate of Joseph Jennett filed.
