Read the petition of Mary Daly praying administration on the estate of Ephraim Jones deceased. Ordered granted and enters Thomas Everitt & William Carkeet in the sum of one hundred pounds which is approved of by the court.
On motion of Mary Day administratrix for an order of sale of the estate of Ephraim Jones decease &c ordered granted & that she make return to our next court.
May Session 1769
Personally appeared Mary Daly and exhibited an inventory of Ephram Jones deceased and proved the same on her oath; ordered filed.
