January Session 1826
Ordered that letters of administration be granted to Ebenezer Jones on the estate of David Jones deceased who entered into bond and gave Dempsey Liverman & Jno. B. Beasley as security.
January Session 1828
Ordered that Jno. A. Patrick Jos. White & Dempsey Liverman be appointed commissioners to audite & settle the estate of David Jones with the administrator Eben Jones & report to the next term.
