January Session 1793

Ordered that William Fagan have leave of administration on the estate of John Jordan deceased by consent of Sarah Jordan wife of said deceased and give bond in 1,000 pounds Everard Stubbs & Jesse Stubbs securities.

Ordered that William Fagan administrator of John Jordan deceased have leave to sell the perishable part of the estate of the said deceased and make return to next court.

July Session 1793

William Fagan administrator of John Jordan deceased exhibits into court on oath an inventory of the said deceased estate & ordered filed.

Bond dated 30 Jan 1793 in the amount of one thousand pounds appointing William Fagan administrator of the estate of John Jordan deceased, securities.

Execution dated 27 Jul 1795 and issued 30 Aug 1795 against the goods and chattels of John Jordan in the hands of William Fagan Esq. administrator for 4 pounds, 14 shillings & 11 pence for costs of a suit by the appeal of a warrant John Jordan against Christopher Duckett.

Statement to the court signed by Sarah Jordan dated 27 Jan 1793 in which she says that she has appointed William Fagan to administer the estate of her late husband John Jordan.
