Ordered that John Marriner be appointed guardian to Henry N. Jasper & Sally Luiza Jasper & have entered into bond in the sum of two thousand five hundred pounds Abner Alexander & Saml. Spruill securities.

The guardian accounts of Henry N. Jasper & Saly L. Jasper was returned to court by John Marriner their guardian & filed.

Bond dated 12 Apr 1804 in the amount of two thousand five hundred pounds appointing John Marriner guardian of Henry N. Jasper & Sally Luiza Jasper orphans of Richd. Jasper with Abner Alexander & Saml. Spruill Esqr. securities. Flyleaf of bond says April Term 1814.
Transcriber's Notes:
It appears the original bond was misdated and should read 12 Apr 1814.
