Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
April Session 1789
Ordered that John Poole Esqr. have leave of administration on the estate of Beach Jutson deceased and give bond in 500 pounds Benjamin Hassell and Isaac Meekings securities and qualifyed accordingly leters issued.
Also returned on oath an inventory of the said deceaseds estate ordered filed.
Ordered that John Poole Esqr. have leave to sell the perishable estate of the said Beach Jutson deceased and make return to next court.
July Session 1789
John Snell Deputy Sheriff exhibits into court an account of sales of the estate of Beach Jutson deceased amounting to 106 pounds & 9 pence and ordered filed.
