October Session 1792

Ordered that Martin R. Byrd & Robert Cushing have leave of administration on the estate of Samuel Lee deceased and give bond in 1,000 pounds Leven Bosman & James Long son of Andrew securities.

Ordered that Martin R. Byrd & Robert Cushing administrators on the estate of Samuel Lee deceased have leave to sell the perishable estate of the said bdeceased & make return to next court.

January Session 1793

Martin R. Byrd one of the administrators of Capt. Samuel Lee deceased exhibits into court 3 inventorys of the estate of the said deceased on oath & ordered filed.

Edmund Blount Esqr. Sheriff exhibits into court an account of sales of part of the estate of Capt. Samuel Lee deceased to amount of 267 pounds & 17 shillings & filed.

Isaac Patrick Deputy Sheriff exhibits into court an account of sales of part of the estate of Capt. Saml. Lee deceased to amount of 137 pounds, 3 shillings & 10 pence & filed.

Execution dated 28 Jan 1794 against the goods & chattels, lands & tenements of Hezekiah Broadwell & William Earl for 115 pounds, 15 shillings & 5 pence which Samuel Lee's administrators recovered from the in a suit for debt, damage, costs & charges. Paid in full.

Account of sale of the estate of Samuel Lee deceased on 18 Mar 1794 by Evan Skinner deputy sheriff. ? thousand 18 inch shingles to Robert Cushing for 10 pounds.

Execution dated 28 Apr 1794 and issued 28 May 1794 against Robert Cushing & Martin R. Byrd administrators of Samuel Lee deceased for 3 pounds, 16 shillings & 11 pence, court costs in a suit against Christopher Duckett who was found not guilty. Paid in full.

Execution dated 25 Oct 1796 and issued 6 Dec 1796 against Thomas Buell attorney for Brown for 5 pounds, 9 shillings & 3 pence, court fees incurred in a suit against Samuel Lee's administrators.
