Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
November Session 1777
Ordered that Edmd. Blount Sheriff sell the perishable part of the estate of Danniel Legett Junr. agreeable to an inventory formerly exhibited to this court and the said Sheriff so make returns ? his own accounts to the next court.
February Session 1778
Edmund Blount Sheriff exhibited the account of sales of the goods & chattles of Daniel Legget agreable to an order passed last court and there appears a ballance to be in the Sheriffs hands of 20 pounds, 15 shillings & 3 pence.
