September Session 1758
The petition of Jeremiah Wynne praying an order of admn. on the estate of Jesse Lockhart deceased granted & ordered that the clerk certifie the same to the Secretary of the Province that letters of admn. issue accordingly & enters Samuel Johston Esqr. & Francis Ward in the sum of one hundred pounds proclamation money.
On motion of Mr. J. Charlton on behalf of Jeremiah Wynne exectr. of Jesse Lockhart to sell the estate ordered that he make sale of the sd. estate to satisfie debts.
December Session 1758
Jeremiah Wynne exhibited an inventory of the estate of Jesse Lockhart & proved the same on his oath.
Jeremiah Wynne exhibited his account against the estate of Jesse Lockhart, deceased and provd. the same on oath. Ordered allowed the sum of 14 pounds, 19 shillings and 7 pence.
Andrew Long exhibited an account of the sales of the estate of Jesse Lockhart persuant to the petition of Jeremiah Wynne administrator.
