In the name of God amen: That is to say I recommend my sole into the hands of God that gave it and my body to be buried in a Christain burial according to the duretion of my Executors I Time taht is to say Elizabeth Linton I Time I give and bequce to my daughter Jemine one piece of land containing fifty acres a feather bed and furniture one iron pot two dishes two basons and the remainent part to my wife Elizabeth Linton both royal and personal to all bills bonds notes of hand and accounts with paying all my jest debts...

Personally appeared Mary Milless & on her oath proved the last will and testament of Lamuel Linton & saith that he was of sound mind & disposing memory & that at the same time she saw Thomas Fox & Francis Box sign as witness thereunto & at the same time Elizabeth Linton qualified executrix by taking the oath appointed by law.
Eliza. Linton exhibited the inventory of Lamuel Linton & proved the same upon her oath ordered filed.
