Personally appeared Thomas Learey & on his oath proved the last will and testament of Richard Learey and saith he was of sound mind & memory & that he saw Jams. Learey & Cornelus Learey sign as witnesses at the same time ordered to be recorded and filed.
Personally appeared Joyce Learey executrix of the last will and testament of Richard Learey deceased and qualified as executrix by taking the oath appointed by law.
Joyce Learey exhibited an inventory of the goods and chattels of Richard Learey deceased and prove the same on her oath ordered filed.
On motion of Mr. Thomas Jones attorney against probate of the will of Richard Learey deceased ordered to ly over till the morrow.
