Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
January Session 1781
Thos. Liverman returned into open court on oath the inventory of the gods and chattles of Barnhard Ammerlong Liverman deceased.
Thomas Liverman appeared in open court and prayed administration of Ammelong Liverman deceased granted and gave in security John Warrington and John Gibson Esqrs. in a bond of 2,000 pounds.
Ordered that Thomas Liverman sell the perishable part of the estate of Barnhard Amlong Liverman as far as shall discharge the debts.

Thos. Liverman exhibits into open court on oath the account of sales of Barnhard amer Long Liverman and ordered to be filed.
