Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
January Session 1820
Administration on the estate of William Liverman deceased was committed to John A. Patrick Esqr. who entered into bond with approved security & quallified agreeable to law ordered that letters of administration issue thereon & that he proceed to sell the perishable estate of said deceased & account for the same as the law directs.
Jury of inquest on the body of William Liverman was returned to court by David Clayton Esq. & filed.
April Session 1820
John A. Patrick returned in open court by the hand of Joseph White the inventory & account of sales of William Liverman deceased amount account sales $1353.21 hire of negroes $63.82 amount notes and cash inventoried $345.99 and filed.
January Session 1822
Ordered that Charles Hoskins Esqr. David Clayton & Joseph White be appointed to audite & settle the estate of William Liverman deceased with his administrator & make report to the next term.
A surplus account sales of the estate of William Liverman deceased was returned in open court on oath by John A. Patrick the administrator to amount $115.73 & filed.
April Session 1822
Ordered that Charles Hoskins David Clayton & Joseph White be reappointed to audite & settle the estate of William Liverman deceased & make report to the next term.
October Session 1822
Ordered that Charles Hoskins David Clayton Esqr. & Joseph White to be reapointed to audite & settle the estate of William Liverman Junr. & make report to the next term.
July Session 1823
Report of auditors on the estate of William Liverman deceased was returned to court ballance due said estate of $158.32 1/2 & filed.
July Session 1824
An inventory of interest due the estate of Wm. Liverman deceased was returned in open court and filed.
July Session 1826
Ordered that John B. Beasley, ? Sikes & David Clayton be appointed to reaudite the estate of Wm. Liverman Jr. & make return to this court.
