Ordered that John D. Liverman administer on the estate of Hetty Liverman and that he enter into bond of two thousand dollars with Frederick Patrick & Jordan L. Jones securities.

Bond dated 25 Apr 1842 in the amount of $2,000 appointing John D. Liverman administrator of the estate of Hetty Liverman deceased, F. Patrick & Jordan L. Jones securities.
Execution dated the 1st Monday in March 1850 and issued 25 Jul 1850 against the goods & chattels, lands & tenements of John D. Liverman Prin. and Fred Patrick & J. L. Jones Sec. for the sum of $204.66 with interest from 3 Sep 1849 which the State of North Carolina upon the relation of Mary Ann Liverman per guardian lately in the Superior Court of Law recovered from them for debt and also $22.85 in costs and charges.
