Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
July Session 1822
The following persons appeared in open court & renewed their guardian bonds viz. Phoeba Liverman guardian to Jesse Livermans orphans, Thomas Caroon to Patsy & Nancy Dowdy, Joseph Mann to Ivy Dowdy, Thomas Sikes to Luisa & Jesse Sikes, all who entered into bond with aproved security & their bonds filed.
January Session 1831
The division of the negroes of Jesse Liverman was returned into open court by Dempsy S. Liverman & filed.

Bond dated 1 Jul 1822 in the amount of one thousand pounds appointing Pembroke Liverman administrator of the estate of Jesse Liverman deceased, Abel Sawyer & John Cahoon of Jno. securities.
Transcriber's Notes:
Phoeba Liverman, guardian above, appears to be the daughter of Thomas Liverman Senr (1808 Will) and the wife of Thomas Liverman Junr (1818 Will), who
she married on 5 Feb 1797. Pembroke Liverman appears to be Pembroke "Brookey" Liverman, wife of Justice B. Liverman (Will 1812). Phoeba Liverman and
Justice B. Liverman were siblings.
