Bond dated 23 Apr 1838 in the amount of ten thousand dollars appointing Asa D. Liverman administrator of the estate of Sarah Liverman deceased, Chas. McClees & Jas. Brickhouse securities.
Summons dated 6 Mar 1839 for Asa Liverman administrator of Sarah Liverman deceased to appear before a Justice of the Peace to answer the complaint of Henry Lewis in a plea of debt of $30.
Summons dated the first Monday in September 1840 and issued 27 Jan 1841 for Asa D. Liverman, Chas. McClees & James Brickhouse to be at the Superior Court of Law on the first Monday of March next to answer unto a plea that they pay the State of North Carolina $10,000 to the use of H. E. Lewis.

See the 1805 will, court & estate papers of William Liverman Senr. It appears that this Sarah Liverman was his wife since the children are the same and slave names match..
