Bond dated 26 Jan 1837 in the amount of four thousand dollars appointing Benjamin Sikes administrator of the estate of Sarah Liverman deceased, Fredk. Patrick & Chas. McClees securities.
Bond dated 23 Apr 1838 in the amount of ten thousand dollars appointing Asa D. Liverman administrator of the estate of Sarah Liverman deceased, Chas. McClees & Jas. Brickhouse securities.
Summons dated 6 Mar 1839 for Asa Liverman administrator of Sarah Liverman deceased to appear before a Justice of the Peace to answer the complaint of Henry Lewis in a plea of debt of $30.
Summons dated the first Monday in September 1840 and issued 27 Jan 1841 for Asa D. Liverman, Chas. McClees & James Brickhouse to be at the Superior Court of Law on the first Monday of March next to answer unto a plea that they pay the State of North Carolina $10,000 to the use of H. E. Lewis.
Bond dated 5 Sep 1850 in the amount of $667.14 binding John E. Brickhouse. Condition is that Asa D. Liverman, administrator of Sally Liverman, has paid over to John E. Liverman, administrator of Sally Liverman, has paid over to Charles McClees administrator their distributive share of the estate of the intestate, a sum of $83.38. See the 1805 will, court & estate papers of William Liverman Senr. It appears that this Sarah Liverman was his wife since the children are the same and slave names match..
