April Session 1830
Ordered that administration of the estate of Jno. McCleese Senr. be committed to Joseph McCleese who entered into bond as the law directs.
July Session 1830
Jos. McCleese administrator of Jno. McCleese returned in open court on oath an inventory and account of sales of said estate & filed.
July Session 1831
Jos. McClees administrator of John McClees Senr. in addition on formerly return was returned on oath in open court.
Ordered that John Curtin (?), Abraham Pledger & Frederic Davenport audit settle and divide the estate of John McClees Senr. with the administrator & report the next term.
October Session 1831
Abraham Pledger returned into open court the audited account of the estate of John McClees deceased.
Ordered that John Alexander, Zebulon Kemp, Enoch Hassell & Matthew Brickhouse lay off the widow of John McClees her years allowance.
