September Session 1764
Read the petition of James Waddell praying the administration on the estate of John McCreie deceased and that the clerk certify the same to the Secretary of the Province that letters of admn. issue accordingly; he giving security in the sum of 1,000 pounds & enters James Long the Elder & Thomas Lerey securities.
December Session 1764
James Waddle exhibited an inventory of the estate of John McCree and proved the same on his oath ordered filed.
On motion it was ordered that James Waddle sell the perishable estate of John McCree & make return to the next court.
March Session 1765
Giles Long exhibited an account of sales of the estate of John McCrie deceased and proved the same on his oath ordered filed.
